Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you don't, we're happy to help you with a return.

We offer an industry-leading 14-day return policy for all orders. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.

  • How to return: You can start your return or exchange through our Returns Portal within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Restocking Fee: 15% of the cost of the item being returned will be deducted from your refund. Please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Pre-Orders: Pre-order items can be canceled before being shipped or returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Damages and Issues: Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If anything is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain items, like custom or personalized products (alterations), are not eligible for returns.

  • Final Sale: Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns.

We process returns within 5-10 business days of receiving them, and refunds typically appear in your account 7-10 business days after that.
